  • Testimonals: Describe how you felt prior to working with Megan:

    I had been struggling with debilitating anxiety (on and off for 3.5 years) that I suspected may be rooted in a physical issue that I was unaware of, such as a vitamin deficiency. I went to my PCP for blood work, but he did not dig very deep with the labs and just prescribed a steroid inhaler for my asthma and some anxiety meds. I didn’t want to just take more med, so instead of taking the anxiety meds, I decided I wanted to work with someone who would help me get to the root of my anxiety.

  • How would you describe how your life has been impacted based on your work with Megan?

    Working with Megan has been an answer to prayer. I was able to have more blood work done and she helped me understand the results and what may be going on that has been causing anxiety. Her protocols were very helpful and thorough and easy to follow. I have seen my health improve slowly over the last few months. I am learning how to properly nourish my body and have a much better relationship with food after working with her. And I have learned so much more that has changed the way I think about health. Overall, I have a much more hopeful and positive outlook on life after working with Megan.

  • What have you been able to achieve since working with Megan (be specific)?

    I have noticed that I have more energy to deal with anxiety. A few months ago my anxiety was so debilitating and I felt so hopeless; I was starting to also struggle with depression. I still do struggle with anxiety, but it is much less severe and it’s not as limiting as it was before. I feel I have more energy now to deal with anxiety. Usually I would just want to go to sleep, but now I want to deal with it and face it, which has helped so much! I also have noticed that my menstrual cycles have changed a little. I no longer have to take ibuprofen for severe cramps.

  • Would you recommend working with Megan to others? Why?

    Absolutely! She is the most sweetest and caring practitioner you could ask for! And she didn’t just try to get me on a lot of supplements; she really wanted to help me get to the root of my health concerns, primarily through nutrition. I also loved that she follows Jesus, which was important to me in finding someone to help me with a mental health issue like anxiety/depression. I 100% percent recommend working with her!
